The allowed mass range is roughly between 0.7 M and 4.0 M
The lower limit may vary slightly depending on metallicity.
There are several options to download the FGONG files:
1.- For a selection based on log(L) or log(g) vs log(Teff) select the grid, metallicity, and mass and click on the button.
An interactive figure will show up where a specific range of luminosities (or gravities) and temperatures
can be selected to find the FGONG model, frequencies, and global properties.
2.- Download all frequencies and global properties in one single file for all the metallicities.
3.- Download all the FGONG files for a selected metallicity: the directory containing the files will show up
and the files could be download one by one by clicking on them.
4.- Download all the FGONG files for a selected metallitity and mass: after the selection, a new window will show the number of files and the size to be downloaded.

All computed frequencies and global properties for the shown track can be downloaded
up to the end of the RGB or for the He-burning stage separately.
Please, note that for those models that do not experience the He-flash@RGB tip the frequencies and global properties are retrieved in a single file.
To download the FGONG models, use the tools on the right of the figures for a selection
based on luminosity (or gravity) vs. temperature. Any of the figures can be used.
After the selection, use the buttom below the corresponding figure to download the FGONG models selected.
For reasons of computational time, the maximum number of models downloadable in one go is 10.

(1) FGONG models: The corresponding files contain local properties of the models in a format suitable for the frequency computation.
The file fgong-file-format.pdf provides detailed information about the FGONG file structure and variables.

(2) Frequencies: The corresponding files contain adiabatic oscillation frequencies for the models. The files contain four columns:
column   1---harmonic degree
column   2---radial order
column   3---oscillation frequency [muHz]
column   4---Normalized mode inertia

(3) Global properties: This file provides some of the global parameters of the models.
column   1---Model number
column   2---Period spacing [sec] obtained by performing integration using adaptive control of step size (should be preferred over the one in column 3)
column   3---Period spacing [sec] obtained by performing integration using trapezoidal rule
column   4---Large frequency separation [muHz]
column   5---Frequency of maximum power [muHz]
column   6---Central hydrogen mass fraction
column   7---Central helium mass fraction
column   8---Central metal mass fraction
column   9---Effective temperature [K]
column 10---Luminosity [solar unit]
column 11---Age [Myr]
